Shipping

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Personalized items take 2–5 weeks to produce and ship.

If your order includes both in-stock and personalized items, we’ll ship them separately at no additional charge. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery during regular seasons.

  • During the holiday season, the return window extends to 30 days.

What Can Be Returned

  • Non-personalized, full-priced items are eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are final sale.

  • Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for store credit only.

Return Process

  • You’ll receive a complimentary prepaid return label via email.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund (minus any applicable fees) or store credit.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds. This does not apply to damaged or defective items.

  • This fee does not apply to damaged or defective items.

Store Credit Will Be Issued If:

  • An item is out of stock

  • An item is damaged and cannot be replaced

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for non-personalized items only.
