In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Personalized items take 2–5 weeks to produce and ship.
If your order includes both in-stock and personalized items, we’ll ship them separately at no additional charge. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery during regular seasons.

During the holiday season, the return window extends to 30 days.

Non-personalized, full-priced items are eligible for a return or exchange.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for store credit only.
Return Process

You’ll receive a complimentary prepaid return label via email.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund (minus any applicable fees) or store credit.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds. This does not apply to damaged or defective items.
