We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

✅ Returns on Non-Personalized Items

You may return non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is:

  • In its original packaging

  • In “like new” condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items purchased with promotional codes are eligible for store credit only.

Please contact us at contact@themjewelersny.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All return packages must be shipped with a signature confirmation.

❌ No Returns on Personalized Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, engraved, or final sale items.
This includes any product from our "Personalized" collection.

All personalized items are final sale unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

💳 Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
