Broken Item Repair is a service that allows you to re-solder any of your broken gold vermeil, sterling silver, and 14KT pieces.

You are not to send any items that were not purchased from our website to be fixed.

Here’s how it works;

1) Follow the directions and complete your checkout

Enter your original order number in the 'Additional Information' section

2) Ship the item(s) back to us including your proof of purchase and RETURN FORM (required) noting any specifics

Gold vermeil is crafted with a thick layer of 14k gold over a sterling silver or brass base. Proper care is essential as the base metal is responsible for tarnishing. Avoid exposure to water, humidity, and chemicals found in skincare products.

Our sterling silver pieces are hypoallergenic and perfect for everyday wear. Store in acid-free tissue or a zip-top bag and avoid harsh chemicals and chlorine.

14k gold jewelry is durable and resistant to tarnishing or corrosion. Regular cleaning is necessary to remove buildup and occasional tarnish.

• All personalized and 14KT personalized, handmade items spend an estimated 1-4 business weeks in production before shipping. Selecting expedited or overnight shipping will not advance your order in the queue. 
• Non-personalized orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. You will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking once the order has been completed and ready to go.
• Non-personalized & Personalized combined orders will be shipped together once the personalized pieces have been received. If you would like to receive your non-personalized items sooner, please email us at contact@themjewelersny.com to request a split. If the order is not delayed, a shipping fee of $7.00 will be collected.
