What is your Return/Exchange policy? 

No refunds on discounted items/items bought with a discount code. No refunds on personalized items.

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/ undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of the purchase.  **Personalized items are  Non-Refundable.  This includes engraving, custom orders & all items listed under our personalization section. (Same policy is applied for in-store purchases.)  

All returns to The M Jewelers must be sent ‘SIGNATURE REQUIRED’ for any carrier used.  The M Jewelers is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon receipt.  Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

How long do orders take to make?

Personalized orders are handmade in NYC.  Please allow 7 business days for personalized orders to be created BEFORE shipment.  You will receive an emailed tracking notification once the order is complete & ready for shipment. (Shipping method of choice will be applied once the order is ready for shipment.)

Where do you ship to? How long does it take?

The M Jewelers delivers parcels WORLDWIDE via USPS Priority. All orders are processed within 1 working day. (Please allow 7 business days for personalized orders to be created before shipment.) Shipping option applies to the order AFTER the order has been  created.  You will receive an emailed shipping notification with tracking once your order is ready for shipment. However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of

My package was stolen!



Can I order a custom chain length? 

The M Jewelers is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail courier to track down your package. When ordering please make sure your destination address is secure and reliable.



Complimentary custom chain length requests are only available for Gold Vermeil, Silver & Rose Vermeil options. Custom lengths for 14KT solid gold options may vary in price.
